夏日炎炎，氣溫持續攀升。冠達星黨支部、工會委員會每年組織開展夏季“送清涼”活動。

今年自6月份起，公司即開始供應防暑降溫涼茶及綠豆湯供員工飲用。7月17日，公司另外精心組織開展了“炎炎夏日·絲絲關愛”送清涼活動，為奮戰在一線的職工們送去了絲絲涼意和誠摯關懷。

In the scorching summer, the temperature continues to rise. The Guandaxing Party Branch and the Trade Union Committee organize the summer "Sending Coolness" activity every year.

Since June this year, the company has started to provide heat-fighting herbal tea and mung bean soup for employees to drink. On July 17th, the company carefully organized the "Hot Summer· Silk Care" to send cool activities， bringing warmth and sincere care to the front line workers.

公司各級領導高度重視職工防暑降溫工作，多次深入現場要求各部門主管落實好現場職工作業環境改善工作，關注職工健康安全。公司局部車間于幾年前已安裝了中央空調，同時要求生產現場配備防暑降溫藥品，增加排氣扇加強空氣流動，降低室內溫度，同時叮囑職工要注意勞逸結合，保證睡眠，做好自我防護。

夏日送清涼，關愛暖人心！“送清涼”系列舉措不僅為職工們送去了清涼和關懷，也極大地鼓舞了職工們的士氣，激發了大家的工作熱情。公司將繼續努力提升職工的獲得感和歸屬感，與廣大職工共同創造更加美好的明天！

Leaders at all levels of the company attach great importance to heatstroke prevention and cooling for employees, and have repeatedly visited the site to request department heads to implement on-site work environment improvement measures and pay attention to employee health and safety. The local workshop of the company has installed central air conditioning a few years ago，and requires the production site to be equipped with anti-summer cooling drugs, increase exhaust fans to enhance air flow, reduce indoor temperature, and remind employees to pay attention to work rest balance, ensure sleep, and take self-protection measures.

Summer brings coolness, care warms the heart! The "Sending Coolness" series of measures not only brought coolness and care to employees, but also greatly boosted their morale and stimulated their enthusiasm for work.
