晉江市第十八屆人民代表大會第四次會議今天在晉江市委黨校會堂勝利閉幕，晉江市人大代表們肩負全市人民的期望與重托，齊聚一堂，共謀晉江發(fā)展大計，晉江市人大常委、冠達星集團黨支部書記、冠達星集團董事長楊建明先生出席。

The representatives of the people's Congress of Jinjiang City, shouldering the expectations and trust of the people of Jinjiang City, gathered together to seek a plan for the development of Jinjiang City. Mr. Yang Jianming, Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, Secretary of the Party Branch and chairman of GUANDAXING INCORPORATED COMPANY attended the meeting.

在本次人大會上楊建明常委提出了《關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)園運營產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈》的建議，主要有二點：一、建議市委市政府加大引導產(chǎn)業(yè)園運營商往“專、精、特、新”的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈運營，二、建議市委市政府加大扶持小微企業(yè)做大、做強，加快晉江市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，從而成為晉江經(jīng)濟新的增長點。本次政府報告中也提到引導“專、精、特、新”小企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，向?qū)I(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)園聚集。

At this meeting of the People's Congress, Yang Jianming put forward the proposal of "on the industrial park operation industry chain", which mainly has two points: First, it is recommended that the Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government increase the guidance of industrial park operators to the "specialized, refined, special, new" industrial chain operation, second, it is recommended that the Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government increase support for small and micro enterprises to become bigger and stronger, accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading of Jinjiang City, so as to become a new growth point of Jinjiang economy. The government report also mentioned guiding the development direction of "specialized, refined, special and new" small enterprises to gather in professional industrial parks.
